- Community and household: the community and the household you belong to, your role and your phone number.
- Cars: the description of the cars you lend, the address where they are parked, where the keys are and, if applicable, the key-safe code.
- Activity: your bookings, your trips (dates, distances, fuel), the indemnities, the balances and the payments recorded.
- Technical data: the logs needed for the security and operation of the service.
Purposes and legal bases
Your data is used to provide the service: managing your account, organising bookings, keeping the logbook of trips, calculating indemnities and balances, and sending you the emails needed for the service to operate. This processing is based on the performance of the terms of use you accept when you create your account.
Technical data is processed to keep the service secure, on the basis of the publisher’s legitimate interest.
Your data is used neither for advertising nor for profiling.
People who have access to your data
- The members of your community see your name, your cars, your trips and your household’s balance.
- The borrower whose booking you have accepted also sees the car’s address, where the keys are, the key-safe code and your phone number, until the end of the borrowing. Other members have no access to them, administrators included.
- The owner of a car sees the phone number of the person who sends them a booking request.
- The publisher’s technical providers (hosting, email delivery): To be completed
Communities are isolated from one another: a community has no access to another community’s data.
